I want to prove my doubts about the gap between the real and the virtual, by using my understanding of material and objects. Elemental questions in my artistic work are: How to use and influence the connotations of material?; What does an object offer to tell about itself, its history, present, future and about the system describing its worth?; How can I connect different ideas and systems of material and knowledge?; What is material, what is an object in our time of turbo-democratic ideology?
I want to work with a system of objects and material that does not correspond to cultural phenomena or that does not appear in cultural phenomena and closed systems of objects and material. Some feasible examples of this are the entire staff of a company in a bankruptcy or the possessions of someone who has died. I am not so much interested in exhibiting the attainable visible and invisible knowledge about that kidnapped system of material, but rather in creating a temporary archive about the possibilities of using everything in order to activate different systems of understanding and creating. It will become something like a post-utopia: so-called research as a method of turbo-individualisation in a tradition of science and specialisation.
This project will become a temporary, but never-ending staging of backstage information and connotations.
